Nuanced Healing is proud to be a “paper-free” practice. We use our Client Portal to manage all intake paperwork, ongoing documentation (such as educational handouts, assessments, releases, etc.), scheduling, and billing. The NH Client Portal provides everything you need if you are a private-pay client client!

Clients accessing therapy services through their in-network benefits also use Headway, our third-party insurance biller and processor, along with their unique and separate Client Portal.

While both the Nuanced Healing Client Portal and the Headway Client Portal are important and share similar color schemes, they are distinct and not linked to each other.

All active Nuanced Healing clients have access to the NH Client Portal. Active NH clients who use in-network insurance benefits to pay for therapy can access the NH Client Portal and the Headway Client Portal.
